My name is Rebekah, and I love studying languages. During my language learning journey, I realized that it was incredibly difficult for me to just focus on one language at a time, or even two, and it was even more difficult to figure out which resources worked best for me. So, I decided to create this blog as somewhat of a database to keep and share what I have learned during my journey to learn another language (currently, I’m focusing on learning Korean).
After graduating from graduate school, I decided to move abroad to South Korea to experience the language first-hand and test my knowledge of the language so far. Let me tell you, I have a long way to go, but I hope that you all can join the adventure with me!
Ultimately, I want this blog to serve as a learning platform and help others who what to learn Korean, another language, or even live abroad by reading the first-hand experience of someone living that life.
This blog has a three-fold purpose:
- To help others learn a language and share what I have learned about different languages (currently Korean) I am learning.
- To help others thinking about moving abroad by sharing my experience of living abroad in South Korea for the first time.
- To share reviews of language learning apps and books that I have used so you don’t have to waste your time and money looking for resources.
